Adding a mirror underneath or on the walls behind these fixtures will create a spectacular multiplying effect. To create the effect of a waterfall splashing into a pool of water specify the distance from ceiling to floor (or table top) and the number of extra crystal you would like to scatter about under the chandelier to create the puddleing effect.
